What is included in each mailing?

Each cycle you will receive a printed wrapping paper and a heartfelt personal letter, an original art print centered around the theme of that cycle, a double sided colorable postcard, sticker(s), and 1–3 little surprises.

How does a bi-monthly subscription work?

A bi-monthly subscription means you receive one mailing every two months. Each cycle spans two months. For example, June and July is one cycle. Your mailing is sent on the 15th of the first month of each cycle, so for a June and July cycle, your mail goes out on June 15th.

To be included in a cycle, simply subscribe on or before the 13th of the first month. Subscribing after the 13th will place you in the following cycle. Your subscription then renews automatically every two months.

When will my mail arrive?

Mailings are sent on the 15th of each month. Standard delivery takes approximately 1–2 weeks after being sent. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the United States.

What if my mail never arrives?

If you do not receive your mailing, please contact us at 02storiies@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Is this a recurring subscription? Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations apply to future renewals only. Charges that have already been processed are final.

Can I change my shipping address after subscribing?

Yes! Please email us at 02storiies@gmail.com with your updated address.

Address changes must be submitted before the 9th of the month to apply to that month's mailing. Changes submitted after the 9th will take effect the following month.
