Shipping policy

The 11:11 Make A Wish Club runs on a bi-monthly cycle — You will receive one mail every other month. One mailing is sent per cycle on the 15th of the first month.

The subscription cutoff date is the 13th of the first month of each cycle, giving us time to prepare your order. Orders placed on or before the 13th will be included in that cycle's mailing on the 15th. Orders placed after the 13th will be enrolled in the following cycle.

Example: If the current cycle runs June and July, the mailing goes out on June 15th. Subscribe on or before June 13th to be included. Subscribing after June 13th enrolls you in the next cycle starting in August.

Standard shipping takes approximately 1–2 weeks to arrive. Please note that letter stamp postage does not include a tracking number. If you do not receive your mailing, please contact us at 02storiies@gmail.com and we will make it right for you.
